The Patek Philippe reference 5726 revealed in 2010 was an extension from the original Nautilus collection. As the first stainless steel watch from Patek Philippe to be fitted with an annual calendar movement, it is a reference that had marked a very important moment for the maison. The practicality of the function, which has the ability to showcase the difference between months with 30 and 31 days, housed in a highly versatile Gérald Genta-designed sport casing, allows this watch to be compatible for all occasions. Bracelet has light signs of surface wear throughout commensurate with age. Dial is in overall very good condition.
