Description

Known for its exceptional and unorthodox design, Cartier has been a household name known for its many iconic case designs, including the Crash, Tank Parallelogram and the Tonneau, such as the present watch.

The original Tonneau was first introduced in 1906, just two years after the invention of the first men’s wristwatch. Bearing a tonneau-shaped case, the watch is strongly reminiscent of the Art Deco period.
