<p>A UK sleeve from the <a href="https://www.sothebys.com/en/search?query=U2&amp;tab=objects&amp;sortBy=bsp_dotcom_prod_en" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">U2</a> album ‘October,’ <a href="https://www.sothebys.com/en/buy/luxury/collectibles/collectible/entertainment-memorabilia?query=signed" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">autographed</a> by the group.</p><ul><li>Signed on the front of the sleeve by the group in blue ballpoint pen. </li><li>Bono has added the year ‘81’ below his signature. </li><li>The autographs were obtained at the Mayfair, Newcastle, England on the 9th October 1981 by a person that worked for various record companies in the 1980s and 1990s and gained access to groups at numerous concerts. </li><li>The sleeve itself was part of a display in HMV records to promote the ‘October’ album which was due to be released on the 12th October 1981.&nbsp;</li></ul>
