This September, Sotheby's is proud to announce Brilliant & Black: Age of Enlightenment, curated in partnership with celebrated jewelry writer and authority Melanie Grant. After last year's triumphant selling exhibition celebrating Black jewelry designers, this new edition of 'Brilliant & Black' focuses on enlightenment and the continuous representation of Black talent. In this video, four artists, Shola Branson, Lola Fenhirst, Roxanne Rajcoomar-Hadden, and Satta Matturi, sit down with Sotheby’s to explore their work and their experiences as Black jewelry designers.
On view at Sotheby’s London galleries from 22 September to 2 October, all Brilliant & Black pieces exhibited will be available for purchase.
