Shipping & Handling Policy
Upon completion of your purchase you will receive a confirmation stating that your order was received. Generally allow for 3-5 business days process & handling time on your purchase. All items ship via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery depending on the zone in which you live. If an item is damaged we ask that you notify us via email no later than 10 business days after taking receipt of package.
In the event that an item arrives damaged or broken we agree to replace such item at no additional cost to you the buyer. Simply return the item and we will ship you a replacement. We use quality materials and stand behind our products 100%. Exchanges must be approved and taken on a case by case basis. If for some reason a complaint does arise they will be handled in the appropriate manner.
